Experience counts! Deni was licensed in 1998 after she saw the need for an alternative MLS service. Her epiphany came before she got her real estate liscense. In 1997 she wanted to sell her $150,000 home in Colorado. As the Realtor filled in his 6% commission on the listing contract, she thought to herself  "Are you really worth $9,000?"  That got Deni thinking. She was sure there was a more equitable way to work with homeowners who needed to sell. When she started listing homes for FSBO sellers the rest was history.

She created The Resource Group, LLC and was among the first in Colorado to offer Flat Fee MLS Listings for FSBO Sellers. The Resource Group, LLC offers additional services as ala carte choices. You simply pick the services you need, when you need them, and pay for what you choose.

Deni has always been interested in helping people. Prior to becoming a real estate professional she was a Labor and Delivery RN for 23 years.  She has assisted in about 2,500 births in Colorado and North Carolina. Now she is a volunteer for the Humane Society, Director of Chaplain services at her local church, past president of The Cove at Livingston Farms HOA and Board Treasurer for Unity at Mills River.
